What the App Does

The AI Coach provides coaching prompts, feedback tools, and performance-review preparation. It also helps leaders align communication with company values and culture by offering contextual, evidence-based guidance 24/7.

Why We Request Google Drive AccessOur app requests Google Drive read-only access so it can securely reference selected organization documents during coaching conversations.

This enables our AI to give context-aware answers based on your company’s policies, processes, and goals. Only organization admins can select which folders are shared. Access is strictly read-only — the app never edits, deletes, or shares any files.
